Portal 4.2 - User Not Mapped to Correct Organization

Issue/Introduction

User is configuring the ldap login and user mapping.  The user gets mapped to the proper role; however the user isn't mapped to the correct organization.  The organization remains empty.

Environment

ENV: 4.2.9.1

Resolution

User Not Mapped to Correct Organization, the user created is apiowner, which is internal ( portal admins and api owners are internal users and are not associated with the org, only org admins and developers are).
