SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

The following error message was displayed when trying to display the SQL text using option T for Text
within the Sysview for Db2 for z/OS SQL Incompatibilities detail panel INCOMPTD:

DBG550D3I DB2 create thread failed (RC=0008-00F30034) DB2CVUS DB2C

Environment

Release: 20.0
Component: SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

The DBG550D3I message indicates the USERID specified in the message does not have the authorization to EXECUTE the
Sysview for DB2 plan for System Explains.  The plan name can be found in the PLANSxx member of hlq.CDBAPARM. 
Grant statements are found in IDGRANT member of the Sysview for Db2 hlq.SOURCE library.
The Product Authorization function off the Db2 tools main menu can also be used to to grant Execute privilege to the plans as an alternative.
