Cannot create object ID error

Issue/Introduction

Unable to execute any process in the PrePlan stage. The nolio_dm_all logs shows the following error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Can not create object. id [15230] 
... [http-nio-8443-exec-9] ERROR (com.nolio.releasecenter.utils.MessagesDataUtils:186) - Unexpected error [1539060823521] 
java.lang.RuntimeException: Can not create object. id [15230]

 

Environment

Release Automation - All versions

Resolution

1. Ensure all RA deployments are stopped or completed. 
a) Go to "http://localhost:20203/mbean?objectname=noliocenter%3Atype%3Dinfo", click on "removeAllActiveRuns" and wait until the end. 
b) Verify that all the jobs are stopped : Click on "listActiveRuns", the list must be empty. 
c) Stop the service "Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog". 
d) Stop the service the "Nolio Update Service". 
e) Stop the Release Automation services:
     "Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog". 
     "Nolio Update Service". 
     "Nolio Release Automation Server".

2. Delete all files within <RA_HOME>/temp on the RA management server 4. Delete the files in the “\Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\persistency” folder. 
Note: DO NOT DELETE the "persistency" folder. 

3. Delete the contents of the “\Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\files_cache" to something else. 

4. Delete the contents of the \Program Files\CA\LISAReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nac\LevelDB to something else. 

5. Delete the contents of the \Program Files\CA\LISAReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nes\LevelDB to something else. 

6. Start the Release Automation services: 
     "Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog". 
     "Nolio Update Service". 
     "Nolio Release Automation Server".
