Problem/Error:user is getting error logging into workbench client for Harvest 12.6 

Login Failure 
Unable to log into broker <brokername>. 
E03060065: Incorrect login. Please try again. 

Environment

CA Harvest SCM Workbench/Client installation

All versions

Cause

The SCM Client component had installed by executing the MSI file in the installation folder.  This is incorrect.  You should always execute the setup.exe found in the same folder as the MSI file for best results.

Resolution

We uninstalled everything and installed again using the setup.exe in the same folder as the MSI file and had no further problems making a broker connection.
