MQRLOG summary report not showing correct number of GET's

Issue/Introduction
According to our MQ support person the Sysview report MQRLOG does not appear to be working correctly.
When selecting an object from MQRLOG the correct number of PUTS is correct but not the number of GETS.
Is there any known issues with MQ and large amounts GETS?
MQ monitoring is critical at the moment to insure all Queues are draining on time. We need to validate the report is working correctly or has it changed with Sysview 15 or is our MQ support person possibly misinterpreting the report.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Messages are missing from the total GETs displayed on MQRLOG.
This problem is due to specific SPIOPEN and SPIGETM messages not being accounted for.
