Issue/Introduction

I understand the z/OS 2.3 is going to allow 8 char TSO ids. I know SYSVIEW for DB2 had a fix for this.
Just curious if regular SYSVIEW has any issues with this and/or requires a fix?
RO97975 is the only PTF I saw for SYSVIEW related to z/OS 2.3 and we have it applied.
This PTF did not say what it was specifically for.

Resolution

PTF RO97975 contains all the updates required to support 8-character TSO IDs in SYSVIEW 14.2.
It is the same changes that are listed from the SYSVIEW 15.0 Release Guide
