Need to bypass PKMR798E error message for urgent package

Issue/Introduction

Cast of package receiving PKMR798E for elements in different subsystems that cannot be included in the package.
What are the options to bypass the error this time?

Resolution

If your C1DEFLTS has PKGCVAL set to O, on the Package Cast panel you should see -- VALIDATE COMPONENTS ===> Y (Y/N/W)
This field controls whether you perform a component validation or not and whether you get an E level error or a Warning:

Indicates whether component validation should be done when casting a package.

Y - Validate components; do not allow the cast if validation fails.
N - Do not validate components.
W - Validate components; do not fail the cast if there are errors.

When you Cast the package, change VALIDATE COMPONENTS to either N or W.
