Logon page will not load after CSM Maintenance

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading Chorus 6.0 through SO05404. Ran the required actions in the holddata, ran MSMDEPLY.
All three tasks are running, MSMMUF, MSMDBSRV, and MSMTC. No errors appear in any of the tasks.
The login page for MSM will no longer load. It just spins around with the 'LOADING' message.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
Resolution
Check in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 if CSM is running in compatibility mode.
To do so, go into MS IE 11, click Tools and select ' Compatible View Settings'.
Specify your CA CSM URL and click ADD.
