Issue/Introduction

How user's files are received and stored on the CA Server?.
In the JCL provided to FTP files to CA server there is the following  //SYSIN DD * Statement for the cd /0131674/01167388/files_from_customer
The first number is the user site id number and the second number is the case number. The last one is the folder where the files we send is stored. Can files be sent to CA
by only using the site id, without the case#?

Environment

Release:
Component: COMDB2

Resolution

The answer is NO. The FTP directory is made up of user's site id and the case number.
