Issue/Introduction

The DA shows degraded due to Threshold State.

Environment

DX NetOps CAPM 20.2 or later

Resolution

The threshold state is degraded when the threshold of 80% poll time is being approached. It recovers and becomes green when that value drops.

There is a threshold monitoring dashboard you can use to monitor the condition of the engine as per:

And there are also administrative events you can look for in your events dashboard.
