Timeboxes Iterations page is showing a velocity chart

Issue/Introduction

A workspace administrator is not able to create and/or edit Iterations on the Plan > Timeboxes page but everyone else on the team is able to perform this function without an issue. When accessing the page the user keeps getting the Velocity Chart even after she has cleared her cache, tried other browsers and incognito mode.

Resolution

The Chart View selection at the upper right side of the page was selected for the page. Select List view to return to the details and editor list view.
