Why the wake-up date of the Exchanger is systematically at 31/12/2036.

It is not a bug but an expected behavior.
Indeed the next wake up of the Exchanger is based on the end date of the general calendar which is 12/31/2036.
If the Exchanger is not interrogated, the date of the next alarm clock will be at 31/12/2036 - default date of end of the calendar.
