To download the Identity Governance Client Tools, sign in to support.ca.com and click on

DOWNLOAD MANAGEMENT

In Product Downloads under Filter Search Results enter

    Identity Governance

Select the desired release version in the Release drop down to the right of 'CA Identity Governance*' and click

    CA Identity Governance*

Look for the Client Tools to download. For example, the 14.1 64-bit version is named like this::

CA IDENTITY GOVERNANCE R14.1.0 CLIENT TOOLS 64-BIT - (ESD ONLY)
GEN500000000000005.zip

Use the 'Add to Cart' or' Download Now' buttons to download the software.
