IM Group Scorecard Table - Status settings need more digits

Issue/Introduction

I have a user who is trying to use a Scorecard Table to project volume levels in terabits.
The problem is the boxes to set the minor/major/critical status levels only allow up to a 10 digit number, which apparently isn't high enough for terabits.
When the user tries to set the value to 10 terabits (10,000,000,000) the edit box turns red and the Save button is grayed out.

Resolution

10 digits is the current limit for these views.
Suggest using different counters for thresholding, due to how the values are changed during rollups:
Gauge metrics that are averaged over time are used to threshold on and can be used in conjunction with a health indicator score.
The counter metrics are desired to get information about threshold boundaries for gauge metric thresholds, but because of the nature of summing their values just are not good fit to threshold consideration.
