When ALLOCATE commands in MIMINIT are specified, MIM issues following messages, 

MIM0083W File 00 - File identifier already in use as MIMTBL; MIMTBL ignored 
MIM0083W File 01 - File identifier already in use as MIMTBL; MIMTBL ignored
