Issue/Introduction

How do I revoke Collaboration Manager access rights from a resource / downgrade their role to a participant?

Resolution

To make a resource a participant instead of a collaboration manager:

1. Go Project > Team Tab > Participants
2. Select User
3. Click "Make Participant" 

Notes:

• In order to demote a collaboration manager, there has to be at least one other Collaboration Manager on the project
• In order to remove the Collaboration Manager you must first downgrade them to a participant. Otherwise, you will get an error: "CLB-01019: You cannot remove collaboration managers. You must first make them participants."
