Issue/Introduction
When a catalog request opens an SDM ticket, this writes the link to the SDM ticket back to the catalog request as "Related Ticket". Example shown below.
Where is this stored in the DB?

Resolution
While most request form data is in USM_REQUEST_ITEM_FORM The link between the SDM ticket and the request should be in USM_LINK_TICKET_REQUEST_ITEM
