Why got "ESP1514E SensMGR: ESPCOM is not active" on CA Workload Automation ESP Edition system?

Issue/Introduction

We set up an CA WA ESP system, since it will not be connected to any agent, we didn't define COMMQ file or use agent related parms in ESPPARM.

 Why got "ESP1514E SensMGR: ESPCOM is not active" on CA Workload Automation ESP Edition system?

Environment

CA WA ESP Edition Z/OS

Resolution

This error will show up if only COMMQ file is not defined. In order not to see this error, you will need to define COMMQ file and use it in ESPPARM.
