Unable to configure two Queue Managers in a Project for DevTest

Issue/Introduction

1. Have two VSMs, one VSM targeting QM1, the other targeting QM1. 
2. Both have the same queue name.
3. Go to VSM1 configure to go to QM1.
4. Go to VSM2 configure to go to QM2.
5. Go back to VSM1 and it is pointing to QM2.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

Having the same queue name is causing this issue, although different QM names.
 

Resolution

Even though having two different queue managers, the queue names also need to be different as well.

Once changed them to a different queue name under the different queue manager, this resolved issue.
