What do CAMS301E BLDL errors at IPL time indicate?

Issue/Introduction

The CA Master Address Space is initiated at IPL and remains active during the life of the IPL.  What causes a Common Services to issue a CAMS301E message indicating  BLDL errors when CA Master Address space starts? 

    

Environment

CA Common Services r15.0

Cause

CA Master encountered a BLDL service failure locating a module.

Resolution

CAMS301E BLDL errors at IPL time indicate that there is a problem attempting to locate and load the specified module(s).  It provides information for support to diagnose possible problems.  Verify that the CA Master component have been installed in a linklisted library.
