What value should be set for the TILXPLAN parameter during installation?

CA GEN release 8.6
Resolution
TILXPLAN should have the value of the plan of an older/other Host Encyclopedia if one exists. If one does, then this parameter value is used as a way to copy models from the older/other Host Encyclopedia to the current one.
If a value is not entered, then the Copy feature may not be used.
Two alternatives when not using the Copy feature:
1. Download to the Toolset and then upload the models to the new Host Encyclopedia.
2. Download with Upload Option which bypasses the Toolset.
