I'd like to include an html tag, for example <b>, in a message to be processed by Maileater (to put a line break). Will this work?

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.X

Resolution

Service Desk Manager now includes the ability to process email messages that are formatted in html, but does not include the ability to process html tags included in the body of the message.
