NetQoS Reporter Manager Service won't start after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Following upgrade,the NetQoS Reporter Analyzer Manager Service will not start.

Environment

Release:
Component: NQRPTA

Resolution

Check and make sure you path variable at least contains these 3 entries:
x:\CA\NFA\netflow\bin
x:\CA\NFA\MySql\bin
x:\CA\NFA\jre\bin

The most common issue is that there are multiples of these entries in the path variable which cause issues. Make sure these entries only exist once.
