Issue/Introduction

I did an upgrade of SOI yesterday from 4.0.1 to 4.2 and now we notice several services have many devices as unmanaged, why is this happening? I could erase the unmanaged devices and rework the service but i dont want to brake the topology made, they are a lot of CIs.

Environment

SOI 4.2

Cause

The CIs no exist in APM after they went from APM 9.6 to 10.7.
Since those CIs no longer exist in APM, the connector sheets for the CIs in SOI also got removed.

Resolution

The reason those Business Transaction CIs are Unmanaged is because they are no longer associate with the APM connector. Customer is going to re-import the services from the xml files and he will need to fix those services by removing CIs that are no longer associates with any connectors.
