The records on the CA Top Secret Recovery File (RECFILE) and SMF File do not store the same CA Top Secret information.

The TSSAUDIT utility runs against the Recovery File, not the Audit Tracking File or the SMF files.

The changes to the TSS security file are not recorded in the SMF datasets, so there is no a way to recover them from SMF records.
