Activity log when the Activity had s log Comment behavior

Issue/Introduction

In Transfer activity made through the button Activity/Transfer, when the activity is made without any comment, the Activity log shows something like: 
"Transferir    ServiceDesk    03/10/2018 18:58:08 00:00:51 Transferir Responsável de 'ServiceDesk' para 'Benatti, Roberto'"

However, when the Activity / Transfer has a log comment, only the log comment text is logged in Activity Log, such as: 
"Transferir    ServiceDesk    03/10/2018 19:13:12    00:00:34    this is a log comment"

Is that an expected behavior?

Resolution

Yes, this is an expected behavior and not a bug.
When the transfer is followed by a log comment, the log comment text will be used in the activity log.
