Unable to Fetch the Current port detail report from Jasper

Issue/Introduction
We are unable to fetch the any report related to Port details which provide the ports which are idle .
When we run the report it takes some time and then give pop up window to provide the input, but does not give any option to change the settings, just blank popup.
Environment
Spectrum 10.2.2 and 10.2.3 CABI Jaspersoft 6.3
Resolution
This issue is address in Spectrum 10.2.2 with the Spectrum_10.02.02.PTF_10.2.220 patch.
This issue is addressed in Spectrum 10.2.3 with the Spectrum 10.02.03.PTF_10.2.320 and Spectrum 10.2.3_BMP_10.2.302 patches.
