Jaspersoft Tomcat Starts and then Stops

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to start Tomcat for Jaspersoft, it starts and then stops quickly by itself.

Environment

CA PPM with Jasper Installed - ALL VERSIONS

Cause

This was caused by an orphaned Java.exe process running

Resolution

Found an extra java.exe process running in the environment. We killed that process and then started the tomcat service for japser which came up successfully.
