Cannot find the report I want to add to my dashboard on the left side of the screen when creating a dashboard.
How can I find the report?
CA Business Service Insight 8.3.x and 9.x
Usually if you are not able to see the report on the left hand side of the dashboard screen, this is because you have a filter and the report filter may not be looking at the correct report folder.
As shown in the screenshot below, remove any filters that are currently there and then click the filter next to "reports" and choose the report folder where the report exists.
