Analytics plugin does not create folder automatically

Issue/Introduction

As soon as the webui-plugin-analytics. jar is copied to the autoinstall folder it should create the folder webui-plugin-analytics folder under \webapps\awi\config. This does not happen.

Copy the webui-plugin-analytics.jar to the autoinstall folder, i.e. /opt/tomcat/webapps/awi/WEB-INF/autoinstall

The folder webui-plugin-analytics is not created under /awi/config, i.e. /opt/tomcat/webapps/awi/config

The Analytics plugin is shown as "stopped".

 

Environment

Linux and Windows

Cause

The Analytics UI Plugin 2.2.0 is not compatible with AWI 12.1.
Version 2.1.1 is needed.

Resolution

Use the Analytics UI Plugin 2.1.1.

Once this file is copied to the autoinstall folder webui-plugin-analytics will be created and the config file plugin.properties can be utilized.
