UIM - How to prevent rediscovery of robots in AdminConsole and IM

Issue/Introduction

I wanted to disable rediscovery of a deleted robot.

I followed the instructions at 
Remove Devices From the Inventory

I have done:
-removed robot from Admin console
-checked robot in Inventory in USM. Then Delete selected to Prevent discovery.
-after a few minutes, a robot is visible again in Admin console.

It is not available in the OC inventory portal as expected.

The option "Prevent discovery" prevents rediscovering in OC only.
Is there a way to prevent rediscovery so the robots will not be visible in Admin console/IM?

We have many robots which can talk to the hub but hub cannot talk to the robots.

There is no network access from the hub to the robots. I wanted to exclude them. 

Environment

UIM 20.4.x 

Resolution

There is no way currently at the hub application level to prevent this.

There are two options for this
1) Deactivate or uninstall the robot service
2) Set up a firewall rule blocking port 48002 coming from the robot you wish to remove.

Once one of the above is done you then can remove the robot from the hub robots screen and it will not return.
