Issue/Introduction
CAPM allows you to schedule report generation and automatically email them to selected users.
I would like to know if there is a way to encrypt the reports when we are auto scheduling.
To maintain the governance, we are trying to find a way to encrypt the reports with password or any alternate when we are scheduling to our external clients.
Any possible way or solution to follow would be greatly appreciated.

CAPM 3.x
Resolution
There is no functionality to encrypt reports in CAPM.
However, you can require the user to login with their CAPM credentials on full page PDf reports.
when you are scheduling the report for email, make sure to select
All pages of multiple views
for the drop down in PDF information scope.
and the option to
require login to see reports
is enabled.

Additional Information
There is no functionality to encrypt emails within the CAPM product, but there may be options to do so on your email server:
