AWI freezes after saving objects or DB Load of Transport case

Issue/Introduction

Complete freeze of Java GUI after saving an object or following the import of objects from a Transport Case.

The following error messages appears multiple times in WP logs:
U00003434 Server routine 'UCMAIN_R/KICK' required '0' minutes and '43,680' seconds for processing. 

Environment

The issue seems to be more pronounced when a lot of WP/DWP are started in order to sustain many users.

Cause

The issue is caused to too many cache update send to WPs 

Resolution

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
