User Access to Monitored Items Management without Administrator level access

Issue/Introduction
How can the IT Engineer Role be assigned the same level of access the Administrator Role has?
Most of our users have the IT Engineer Role assigned. They don't have the Administration->Monitored Items Management menu choices.
The users need to be able to run Discovery of devices having polling issues.
The users need to be able to run Stop/Start Polling for devices having polling issues.
Environment
Cause
By default only Users assigned to the default Administrator Role will have full access to the Administration->Monitored Items Management menu options.
Resolution
To resolve this assign the "Administer Data Sources" Role Right to the IT Engineer Role.
Now users with the IT Engineer Role will be provided with the "Monitored Devices for IT_Engineer" UI when selecting the Data Aggregator from the Administration->Data Sources menu in Performance Center.

Alternative solution is to promote the users involved to the Administrator Role.
This is by design and any change to this would be an Enhancement Request. Please engage your Account Management team to discuss the request further.
Additional Information
Ensure users provided access to the Data Aggregator Monitored Devices UI also have Administrator access to the Data Aggregator Data Source defined at the User level.
