ACL/E WAS NOT PROVIDING PASSWORD VALUE UPON TSO START

Issue/Introduction

Cust was testing a new ACL/E. According to him the password field was not being
provided to a starting TSO session. 

Environment

OS: z/OS.

Resolution

I asked cust to substitute on his ACL: KEY &USERPW with KEY &PSWD and
save--reload the ACL and test. He replied he will test it as soon as his RACF
team performs a TPX set-up since the TSO password is on RACF.
