Append probe name in target when viewing metrics in UMP

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to append the name of the probe to a target name in UMP - QOS charts.
For example:

Environment

UIM 8.51

Cause

UMP will display and combine QOS charts if there is the same/similar QOS data from multiple probes.

Resolution

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible in the current release of 8.51
