TIM GUI Access returning 404 Error

Issue/Introduction
In 11.0+, the standard TIM link from the VMTP gui has been removed.
Customer have been advised to access the page directly, if necessary by going to this link:
http://<vmtp ip address>/cgi-bin/wily/system/index
A defect has been identified that does not allow this page to be accessed unless you are logged into your ADA console on a different tab in the same browser.

Cause
The issue is caused by a defunct authentication script that is no longer used in VMTP 11.0+
Resolution
In order to remedy the issue, you need to remove or rename the following file so the software no longer calls on it.
/opt/NetQoS/scripts/nqAuth.php
/opt/NetQoS/scripts/nqAuth.php
