It is possible to create a report that demonstrates the following points?

 - Volumetry of use of Xtraction per period.
 - Execution of reports per period.
 - User accesses per period.

The Xtraction data model does contain views for User Sessions, Dashboard Access, Document Access, and Report Access. These views do appear to have most of the data you are looking to report.

- Volumetry of use of Xtraction per period: Xtraciton - User Sessions view - group by component with date range
- Execution of reports per period: Xtraciton - Document (or other report type) Access view - group by component with date range
- User accesses per period: Xtraciton - User Sessions view - group by component with date range
