Issue/Introduction

Getting ACF2 'ACF04005 RECORD(S) NOT FOUND' messages for batch jobs, tasks or TSO logons, what can be done to address these messages?

Environment

Release:
Component: ACF2MS

Resolution

The 'ACF04005 RECORD(S) NOT FOUND' messages can be caused by missing PROFILE records
due to missing GSO INFODIR enties such as PROFILE(ERASE) DIVISION(PROFILE) records.

Sites using ACF2 AUTO ERASE PROCESS(SAF) should define R-PERA in the GSO INFODIR record to address the ACF04005 messages.

For example:

SET CONTROL(GSO)
CHANGE INFODIR TYPES(R-PERA)
F ACF2,REFRESH(INFODIR)
F ACF2,REBUILD(ERA),CLASS(P)
