CallAPI function 'ZUHELP_Open()' error on file 'uc.msl'

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to run Call API against a job in Automic, the following error is observed:

Function 'ZUHELP_Open()' error on file 'uc.msl', No such file or directory

Cause

This issue has been found to be permissions related. 

Resolution

For the user who was executing the CallAPI, group permissions to execute were missing. Due to customer-specific security auditing, the setuid bit was reverted (not set). Once this was changed, the Call API was able to be executed successfully.
