Issue/Introduction
When we launch the refresh-effective_demand processor, it stop with an error. We have found the following error in the log file : 2018-07-06 01:49:45 220 MB ERROR st_error_handler(): failed. error: Argument 1 passed to me_oracle_base::get_reasons_for_device() must be of the type array, null given, called in D:\CA\SAM\app\includes\prod\st\icm\me\me_oracle_base.inc on line 1594 and defined 2018-07-06 01:49:45 220 MB INFO end process product groups (17, counting every 1), duration: 10.343 s, peak memory: 880 MB
