Connections not being discovered between two cisco devices

Issue/Introduction

There are a couple of devices where, although connectivity exists, its not being mapped. From the autodiscovery log, I can see that the connectivity is being picked up (via both CDP and LLDP) but is being pruned.

Cause

This is due to a connection being made to the provider cloud first before physical connection.

Resolution

In Spectrum 10.3.1 we will model physical connections first before any BGP connections.
