CA VANTAGE utility to provide to delete the records on the trend mdb

Issue/Introduction

Would like to have an utility to delete the records on the trend mdb. 

1) Delete records before a date specified somewhere in the schedule to be done automatically. Notice that consolidation didn't help to purge old records. They are always consolidated and added but never removed. 
2) The Trend Collection Info view provided the Trend Mdb information but a zoom to better filter those you would like to delete manually 
could be great. 

3) When a collector is deleted, it could be great to have also the Trend mdb records be deleted. This is not the case actually and that pollute the Trend mdb with no valid data.
