CA PIM 12.8 SP1: error on upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Following error apears in installation log after upgrading 12.6 to 12.8 SP1:

ERROR: You cannot use more than one value for property FULL_NAME
ERROR: Failed to fetch data for USER xxxx
ERROR: Failed to fetch data for USER xxxx
-----
And xxxx user is not created.

Environment

PIM 12.8 SP1 GA / RHEL
 

Cause

This is caused by a problem treating single quotation in FULL_NAME attribute.
 

Resolution

The problem is fixed in the latest installation module such as SO00290.
The workaround is to create xxxx user manually.

This also happens on 12.8 GA.
