Workstation hash was not the same hash as the original request using device dna
Environment
CA Access Gateway: R12.7 SP2
Resolution
-Enable logger to debug “ rootLogger.level=DEBUG”. in the log4j2.properties.
-You will be able to get what parameters are collected and eventually changed when the workstation hash changed.
log4j2.properties path listed below -
-File Location is secure-proxy\Tomcat\webapps\sessionassuranceapp\WEB- INF\classes\log4j2.properties
-\log4j2.properties should also give the path of the log output
