Issue/Introduction

During read-up of IBM Hydra cache preference group statistics, the 
values stored for cache partition 1 are correct, but the values    
stored for cache partitions 2-8 are incorrect. The values for cache
partition 1 are incorrectly propagated to the database observations
of cache partitions 2-8.

IMPACT                                                              
Users are not able to correctly analyze statistics of HSM preference
groups 0 and 1 for cache partitions 2-8.
