Issue/Introduction

Constant error showing up in VSE console Failed to load recording: VSE.

Resolution

Perform the following steps which should resolve the issue: 
. Open DevTest Portal and select Create, Virtual Service. 
. In the new window, in the right side, you should have a Show List button. 
. Please, select this option and verify if you have a VSE in progress. 
. If yes, you can try to edit and stop the recording or just delete it. 

. If you don't have a VSE recording in progress, please stop the VSE, rename the VSE_2013 folder under $DEVTEST_HOME/vseRecording, and restart the VSE service. 
Once the VSE is restarted it will create a new VSE_2013 folder.
