Using Pivot Tables With Data Exported From PAM

Issue/Introduction

Three desired reports are as follows:
1. Report of service/target accounts and their mapping to PAM user groups.
2. Report of PAM user groups listed with all the members. 
3. Report of PAM device groups listed with all the devices.

Resolution

The User report requested does not exist, but the desired information may be produced with a user export.  The resulting csv file may be put in a pivot table.  You may create one using the Group Membership and Username Rows.  You can also add the Authentication field as a Pivot Table Column and Value, to clarify the users that don't belong to groups.

The Device report requested does not exist, but the desired information may be produced with a device export.  The resulting csv file may be put in a pivot table.  Create one using the Group Membership and DeviceName Rows.

The Service Account report may be similarly created.  Export the Policies and created a Pivot Table.  Select the User and Services fields for the Pivot Table Rows.  You can also create Pivot Tables replacing the Services field with the Applets or Targets field.  It may be possible to combine this information ito one PivotTable expert but that is beyond the scope of this article.
