Some Buttons on IE 11 Do Not Display When Creating Virtual Service from Req/Rsp Pair on Portal

Issue/Introduction

While creating a virtual service using request / response pair some buttons do not display in IE 11, but they display in Chrome. 

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

DevTest uses FontAwesome (https://fontawesome.com/) to display some of the icons on the Portal.

 

Resolution

Looks like there are some known issues with IE 11 and the workarounds are documented at:

https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/wiki/Troubleshooting#internet-explorer-11-doesnt-show-icons

It's better to move away from IE11 if those workarounds don't work, especially since now IE11 is EOS.
