How do I find Apars, PTFs or docs posted to my case page?
Login into Support.CA.com.
Click on Case Management, then click tab Search Cases.
Enter Case Number in that field then click Search.
Click on the Case Number link.
Scroll down and click on Manage File Attachments.
A new page will open, "File Transfer Client".
Select "files_from_ca" and click on that link.
The available files will be listed, selct and click on the needed file.
Then click on "Save As".
